Small and cozy coffee place situated right in capital one bank building. Place gets its fair share of customers and does get busy . Seating is limited but it serves its purpose. Menu is simple. I tried the vanilla latte chilled and it was surprisingly great. Would definitely be coming ask soon

The ambiance at Pete's Coffee is perfect for getting work done. The lighting is just right – not too bright or dim, and the background music is at a comfortable volume, providing a soothing and non-distracting environment. The seating options are diverse, ranging from comfortable armchairs to sturdy tables and chairs. I particularly appreciated the ample power outlets, ensuring my devices stayed charged throughout the day. One aspect that sets Pete's Coffee apart from other cafes is its commitment to providing a quiet space for working individuals. There are designated "quiet zones" where talking is discouraged, allowing for optimal focus and concentration. Additionally, the reliable Wi-Fi connection made it easy to stay connected and complete my tasks without any hiccups. During my time at Pete's Coffee, I observed that the staff consistently maintained a clean and organized space. This is a fantastic coffee shop. Large selection, fresh, made to order, actually good quality coffee, and wonderful staff. You can have it to go or sit down. There is free WiFi. If you have a Capital One credit or debit card, all brewed drinks are 50% off. Large coffee is less than 2 bucks.

(Sunday review) Clean, spacious and filled with electric outlets for getting work done. Usually very quiet with most of the patrons focused on reading or work, but sometimes you'll get people meeting up and they can bring their conversations. The drinks and food selections are very similar to other coffee shops and good enough for work. They always have a Bank rep who stands by if you need banking help or the restroom!

Thee BEST coffee I've ever had out! Great ginger cookies, and many other beautiful pastry. Love their oatmeal served with the most lovely wild blueberries, nuts, and brown sugar. I'm a huge Peet's fan!

Two things. One. Location. Two that it’s got a deal with the bank where if you use hat banks card you get half off. This is insane given it’s on Union Square. Awesome spot to do a business meeting or hang out for a few and chill while being in downtown. A reprieve that is spacious and lots of seating in an otherwise chaotic area.

50% off if you pay with Capital One debit/credit card. There is no other place on the Earth where you can get mocha for $2. Coffee is way better that watered Starbucks. Update: this place is really awesome. They had one day where they were giving drinks for free for two hours! Yes, free. You don't even pay sales tax! (I've been to some places with free drinks promos and they charged you sales tax, lame people). Now they have Friday's 1-3PM buy 1 get one for free! Perfect for someone who is in the area with his/her friend or a coffee alcoholic like myself who gets two medium iced mochas and doesn't sleep for two days straight. P.S.: I don't like their iced coffee. Highly recommend iced matcha (ask for light ice). Mocha is really sick (in a good way). Haven't tried latte too many times to tell me what's like but it's not bad. You get $1 off with capital one when buy sandwiches.

Peet's coffee has come to New York City to take over the caffeinated world! On the exterior, it looks like a Capital One Bank, but inside, you will find coffee, snacks, pastries and sandwiches. It's a super friendly shop, with really awesome staff and a very laid back, clean and welcoming space. Bonus, Capital One members get extra perks at this Peet's coffee shop!

First time going, really enjoyed their cinnamon hot chocolate drink. Very quickly made too. Friendly staff, and capital one users get a discount on their order!

Not sure why this is listed as temporarily closed? The location is open, just for to go service only, with the hours 9am-8pm M-F and 10am-4pm Saturday (closed Sunday). LOVE Peet's coffee and if you use a Capital One card to pay you get 50% off your beverage!! Staff is very friendly.
